Healthy Oat and Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp flaxseeds
  • Peanut butter (for extra flavor)

Chiajam

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp rosewater
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

  1. Mix all main ingredients together in a pan and cook until done.

  2. For the Chiajam, mix all ingredients together in a pan and cook until thick in consistency, then keep in an airtight container.
