Healthy Oat and Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oats
- 1 cup soy milk
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp flaxseeds
- Peanut butter (for extra flavor)
Chiajam
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp rosewater
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Mix all main ingredients together in a pan and cook until done.
For the Chiajam, mix all ingredients together in a pan and cook until thick in consistency, then keep in an airtight container.
