Berry Chia Oat Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/4 cup blackberries and blueberries
Toppings
- Home made chia jam
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh berries
- Handful granola
Preparation
Combine oats, chia seeds, soy milk, and berries in a bowl and let sit for at least 10 minutes or refrigerate overnight for softer texture.
Prepare chia jam by mixing berries, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract in a small container; stir well and let sit until thickened, about 15 minutes.
Assemble the bowl by adding the chia jam and other toppings like fresh berries and granola on top of the oat mixture.
