Colorful Chia Seed Pudding with Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp raw agave or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tsp blue ocean blend powder
  • Fresh fruits of your choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup soy milk

Preparation

  1. In a bowl add chia seeds, vanilla extract and raw agave with soy milk mix well until combined and fluffy

  2. Separate the mixture into two bowls

  3. Add blue ocean blend in one portion and mix well

  4. Layer it color wise one by one adding granola in the center for a nice crunch with every bite

  5. If not keen for a jar, plate it in the bowl for fun
