Layered Mango Banana Smoothie with Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 mangoes, frozen or fresh
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • soy milk
  • 1 tsp raw agave
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Soak chia seeds in soy milk overnight with raw agave and vanilla extract.

  2. Blend mango, banana, peanut butter with a tiny bit of milk until thick and creamy.

  3. Once the smoothie is made, layer it with the chia pudding as per the picture.
