Layered Mango Banana Smoothie with Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/4 mangoes, frozen or fresh
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- soy milk
- 1 tsp raw agave
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Soak chia seeds in soy milk overnight with raw agave and vanilla extract.
Blend mango, banana, peanut butter with a tiny bit of milk until thick and creamy.
Once the smoothie is made, layer it with the chia pudding as per the picture.
