Warm Oats and Chia Seed Breakfast with Fruits

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons oats
  • 3 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons basil seeds
  • 1.5 cups soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons raw agave
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon blue ocean blend
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • Fresh raspberries, dragon fruit, and mango

Preparation

  1. Soak chia seeds and oats overnight in soy milk with raw agave.

  2. In the morning, transfer the mixture to a pan and heat on medium flame, adding vanilla extract and cashew cream.

  3. To make cashew cream: soak 1/4 cup cashews overnight, then blend with a small amount of soy milk. If allergic to nuts, this is optional; add LSA powder for extra nutrition instead.

  4. Layer the mixture in glasses with fresh fruits and drizzle with maple syrup if desired to balance flavors.
