Warm Oats and Chia Seed Breakfast with Fruits
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oats
- 3 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons basil seeds
- 1.5 cups soy milk
- 2 teaspoons raw agave
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon blue ocean blend
- 1/4 cup cashews
- Fresh raspberries, dragon fruit, and mango
Preparation
Soak chia seeds and oats overnight in soy milk with raw agave.
In the morning, transfer the mixture to a pan and heat on medium flame, adding vanilla extract and cashew cream.
To make cashew cream: soak 1/4 cup cashews overnight, then blend with a small amount of soy milk. If allergic to nuts, this is optional; add LSA powder for extra nutrition instead.
Layer the mixture in glasses with fresh fruits and drizzle with maple syrup if desired to balance flavors.
