Warm Oats and Fruit Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oat bran
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/4 tsp almond milk
- 1/4 cup mango puree
- 2 plums
- 2 tsp raw agave or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp LSA powder
- Fruits of your choice
Preparation
Mix oats, chia seeds, soy milk, and almond milk together and leave it overnight in the fridge.
For a warm breakfast, take a pan and add the mixture to it on medium heat.
Add vanilla extract, raw agave or maple syrup, and LSA powder. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into serving bowls and add fruits of your choice, such as grilled plums, then top with mango puree for extra flavor.
