Colorful Overnight Oats Chia Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Oats
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds (for each bowl)
  • 2 tsp Raw agave or Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 cup Soy milk
  • 1.5 tsp Blackberry powder for purple color
  • 1.5 tsp Acai powder for pink color

Preparation

  1. Soak oats and chia seeds overnight with soy and almond milk, raw agave, mixing both flavors separately in a bowl. Use half and half portion of milk.

  2. Blend it in a blender (optional).

  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and add your favorite granola and fresh fruits.

  4. You can also warm it slightly in the morning or add a thick banana smoothie to it, depending on your preference.
