Oats and Blueberry Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp raw agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • seasonal fresh fruits

Preparation

  1. Take a pan and add oats and chia seeds.

  2. Add soy milk and mix well. If too thick, add water, then add vanilla extract and raw agave or maple syrup. Stir continuously until done.

  3. In a separate pan, add blueberries with a tiny bit of coconut oil and cook for a few seconds.

  4. Pour the blueberries over the breakfast bowl.

  5. Top with fresh fruits and enjoy.
