Sunflower Seed Buckwheat Oat Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup buckwheat groats
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • water for soaking
  • oats
  • plant-based milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • chia berry jam
  • smooth peanut butter
  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • dark chocolate vegan buttons

Preparation

  1. Soak 1/4 cup of buckwheat groats and 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds in water overnight.

  2. Rinse them well in the morning.

  3. Add them to a pan with oats and plant-based milk along with 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

  4. Allow them to soak for an additional 30 minutes if distracted.

  5. Cook, stirring slowly, until creamy.

  6. Serve in a bowl and add chia berry jam, smooth peanut butter, blueberries, raspberries, a sprinkle of buckwheat groats and sunflower seeds, and dark chocolate vegan buttons.
