Pink Porridge with Pitaya and Fresh Toppings

Ingredients

  • 70g oats
  • 2 tsp pitaya powder
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 30g vegan protein
  • 300 ml water

Toppings

  • coconut yogurt
  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • nectarine
  • granola
  • protein chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Heat in a pot or microwave until desired consistency is reached.

  3. Stir occasionally during heating.

  4. Enjoy with chosen toppings.
