Pink Porridge with Pitaya and Fresh Toppings
Ingredients
- 70g oats
- 2 tsp pitaya powder
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- 30g vegan protein
- 300 ml water
Toppings
- coconut yogurt
- strawberries
- raspberries
- nectarine
- granola
- protein chocolate
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Heat in a pot or microwave until desired consistency is reached.
Stir occasionally during heating.
Enjoy with chosen toppings.
