Vanilla Coconut Oatmeal with Berries and Chocolate
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup (125 ml) coconut milk
- 0.5 cup (125 ml) water
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Dash of vanilla
- Dash of salt
Toppings
- strawberries
- raspberries
- a few squares of your fav chocolate
- quinoa puffs
- fresh mint or lemon balm
Preparation
Put all ingredients except toppings in a pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes until you reach the creaminess you like.
Stir occasionally.
Once the oatmeal is done, pour into your bowl and put the chocolate squares on immediately to let them melt.
