Overnight Oats with Almond Butter and Maple Plums
Ingredients
- Oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large spoonfuls almond yogurt
- Coconut milk
- Water
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- Maple syrup
- 2 plums
- 85% dark chocolate
- Chopped almonds
- Cacao nibs
Preparation
Soak the oats with 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 large spoonfuls of almond yogurt in coconut milk overnight.
In the morning, add 1 teaspoon almond butter and more liquid (water and coconut milk) while cooking the oats.
In a frying pan, add a couple of tablespoons of maple syrup and 2 halved plums; cook by turning them until soft, sticky, and golden.
Once the porridge is cooked, spoon it into a bowl, then add almond butter, melted 85% dark chocolate, chopped almonds, and cacao nibs, and enjoy.
