Layered Overnight Oats with Aquafaba Chocolate and Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 30g oats
  • 5g chia seeds
  • water
  • flavor drop
  • 120g aquafaba
  • 20g chocolate soy isolate
  • 5g cacao powder
  • 15g powdered peanut butter
  • 2 peanut butter cups
  • 5g cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Mix 30g oats, 5g chia seeds, water, and flavor drop to make the overnight oats layer.

  2. Whisk 120g aquafaba, 20g chocolate soy isolate, and 5g cacao powder with an electric whisk until a foamy consistency is reached.

  3. Mix 15g powdered peanut butter with water to create the peanut butter layer.

  4. Assemble all layers on top of each other in a jar.

  5. Add 1 chopped peanut butter cup and 5g cacao nibs on top of the peanut butter layer.

  6. Top the assembly with the other peanut butter cup chopped in half.

  7. Refrigerate the jar overnight.

  8. The next morning, transfer the contents to a bowl and microwave for one minute to heat.
