Chocolate Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 180ml water
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs cacao
  • agave syrup

Toppings

  • 1 banana
  • cinnamon
  • cacao nibs
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, water, chia seeds, cacao, and agave syrup in a saucepan

  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until thickened

  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly

  4. Add toppings: sliced banana, a sprinkle of cinnamon, cacao nibs, and a dollop of peanut butter
