Chocolate and Almond Breakfast Porridge
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 170ml coconut milk
- 1/2 banana chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
Toppings
- 1/2 banana
- Chopped almonds
- Cacao nibs
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine oats, coconut milk, chopped banana, chopped almonds, cacao, and agave syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and oats are soft, about 5-7 minutes
Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then serve in a bowl and add the toppings: sliced banana, chopped almonds, and cacao nibs
