Overnight Coconut Flaxseed Porridge Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
Toppings
- banana slices
- maple syrup
- melted dark chocolate
- dark chocolate buttons
- blueberries
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Stir together the ingredients, cover, and leave overnight.
Tip into a pan, add a little more coconut milk, cook, and then spoon into your bowl.
If desired, top with sliced bananas drizzled with maple syrup, melted dark chocolate, dark chocolate buttons, blueberries, and cacao nibs.
