Cinnamon Blueberry Bircher Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Base
- 30g oats
- 50g coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 to 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 25g blueberries
- 100ml unsweetened almond breeze
Toppings
- banana
- blueberries
- cacao nibs
- almond butter
Preparation
Mix all the base ingredients together and leave overnight.
In the morning, top with banana, blueberries, cacao nibs, and a drizzle of almond butter if desired.
