Cinnamon Blueberry Bircher Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Base

  • 30g oats
  • 50g coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 25g blueberries
  • 100ml unsweetened almond breeze

Toppings

  • banana
  • blueberries
  • cacao nibs
  • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Mix all the base ingredients together and leave overnight.

  2. In the morning, top with banana, blueberries, cacao nibs, and a drizzle of almond butter if desired.
