Overnight Porridge Bowls with Oats and Quinoa
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 cup milk
- water (as needed)
- chocolate
- vanoffee mulberries
- banana
- blueberries
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the ingredients, stir, cover, and leave overnight.
In the morning, cook the mixture in a pan over gentle heat, adding another cup of milk and water as needed to achieve the desired porridge texture.
Top with melted chocolate, vanoffee mulberries, banana, and blueberries.
