Overnight Porridge Bowls with Oats and Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 2 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • water (as needed)
  • chocolate
  • vanoffee mulberries
  • banana
  • blueberries

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the ingredients, stir, cover, and leave overnight.

  2. In the morning, cook the mixture in a pan over gentle heat, adding another cup of milk and water as needed to achieve the desired porridge texture.

  3. Top with melted chocolate, vanoffee mulberries, banana, and blueberries.
