Cashew Butter and Banana Porridge Bowls

Ingredients

  • To make 2 bowls you’ll need
  • 80g of oats
  • 500ml
  • boiled wate
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt

Preparation

  1. One of our favourite porridge bowls. To make 2 bowls you’ll need…

  2. G of oats, 500ml+ boiled water, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 mashed banana, 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt and cook slowly, stirring regularly

  3. Topped with melted dark choc, cashew butter, coconut yog, vanoffee cashew nuts (?) and blueberries
