Banana Pecan Porridge
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 100ml water
- 70ml coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon flaxseeds
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1/2 banana
Toppings
- 1 piece 70% cacao chocolate
- cacao nibs
- 1/2 banana
- pecans
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- splash of agave syrup
Preparation
In a saucepan, combine oats, water, coconut milk, flaxseeds, agave syrup, and mash the banana
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl
Add toppings: chocolate, cacao nibs, banana, pecans, almond butter, and agave syrup
