Banana Pecan Porridge

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 100ml water
  • 70ml coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup
  • 1/2 banana

Toppings

  • 1 piece 70% cacao chocolate
  • cacao nibs
  • 1/2 banana
  • pecans
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • splash of agave syrup

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, combine oats, water, coconut milk, flaxseeds, agave syrup, and mash the banana

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl

  4. Add toppings: chocolate, cacao nibs, banana, pecans, almond butter, and agave syrup
