Cozy Autumn Carrot Walnut Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats (or carrot cake oats)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp lotus biscoff spread
  • date syrup to drizzle

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake the apple with cinnamon sugar until soft

  2. In a pot, combine oats, vanilla protein, and water, then cook on low heat on the stove until desired consistency

Assembly

  1. Top the cooked porridge with the baked apple, lotus biscoff spread, and a drizzle of date syrup
