Cozy Autumn Carrot Walnut Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats (or carrot cake oats)
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein
- 1 cup water
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp lotus biscoff spread
- date syrup to drizzle
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C and bake the apple with cinnamon sugar until soft
In a pot, combine oats, vanilla protein, and water, then cook on low heat on the stove until desired consistency
Assembly
Top the cooked porridge with the baked apple, lotus biscoff spread, and a drizzle of date syrup
