Cashew Butter Coconut Yoghurt Porridge with Maple Banana
Ingredients
- Oats
- Half plant-based milk and half water
- 1 teaspoon cashew butter
- Splash of vanilla extract
- Couple of heaped tablespoons of coconut yoghurt
- Maple banana
- Sesame seeds
- Piece of dark chocolate
Preparation
Cook oats in a pan with a mix of half plant-based milk and half water, along with 1 teaspoon of cashew butter.
When the porridge is ready, add a splash of vanilla extract.
Stir through a couple of heaped tablespoons of coconut yoghurt.
Top with maple banana, sesame seeds, and a piece of dark chocolate that melts and can be stirred in.
