Cashew Butter Coconut Yoghurt Porridge with Maple Banana

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Half plant-based milk and half water
  • 1 teaspoon cashew butter
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Couple of heaped tablespoons of coconut yoghurt
  • Maple banana
  • Sesame seeds
  • Piece of dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Cook oats in a pan with a mix of half plant-based milk and half water, along with 1 teaspoon of cashew butter.

  2. When the porridge is ready, add a splash of vanilla extract.

  3. Stir through a couple of heaped tablespoons of coconut yoghurt.

  4. Top with maple banana, sesame seeds, and a piece of dark chocolate that melts and can be stirred in.
