Delicious Fig and Cashew Butter Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 2 small figs
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • Splash of liquid if needed

Preparation

  1. Add all to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Spoon into bowl and top with chia berry jam, granola, choc chunks, coconut yog, cashew butter and sliced fig.
