Delicious Fig and Cashew Butter Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana fresh or frozen
- 4 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 2 small figs
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- Splash of liquid if needed
Preparation
Add all to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
Spoon into bowl and top with chia berry jam, granola, choc chunks, coconut yog, cashew butter and sliced fig.
