Cherry and Acai Smoothie Bowl Delight

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen scoopable acai
  • 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • additional coconut yoghurt
  • berries for topping
  • cashew butter for topping

Preparation

  1. Blend 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen acai, 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt, and 1/2 cup frozen cherries.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Add more coconut yoghurt and the other half of the banana to the blender and blend.

  4. Pour this second mixture into the bowl.

  5. Top with berries and cashew butter.
