Cherry and Acai Smoothie Bowl Delight
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen scoopable acai
- 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- additional coconut yoghurt
- berries for topping
- cashew butter for topping
Preparation
Blend 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup frozen acai, 3 tbsp coconut yoghurt, and 1/2 cup frozen cherries.
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Add more coconut yoghurt and the other half of the banana to the blender and blend.
Pour this second mixture into the bowl.
Top with berries and cashew butter.
