Sunday Morning Ginger Avocado Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 small avocado
- 1 banana
- 3 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 cup frozen berry mix
- 1/3 cup frozen scoop-able açaí
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- Berries for topping
- Cashew butter for topping
- Granola for topping
- Dark chocolate for topping
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Top with berries, cashew butter, granola, and dark chocolate.
