Ingredients

  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 3 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 cup frozen berry mix
  • 1/3 cup frozen scoop-able açaí
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • Berries for topping
  • Cashew butter for topping
  • Granola for topping
  • Dark chocolate for topping

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Top with berries, cashew butter, granola, and dark chocolate.
