Delicious Blackberry Peanut Butter Ginger Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mixed frozen and fresh blackberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Small chunk of fresh ginger
- 1 heaped spoonful of coconut yoghurt
- 50ml plant-based milk
- mixed berry chia jam
- berries
- dark chocolate
- more peanut butter
- crunchy granola
Preparation
Blend until smooth
Spoon into bowl and top with mixed berry chia jam, berries, dark chocolate, more peanut butter, and crunchy granola
