Delicious Blackberry Peanut Butter Ginger Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mixed frozen and fresh blackberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Small chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1 heaped spoonful of coconut yoghurt
  • 50ml plant-based milk
  • mixed berry chia jam
  • berries
  • dark chocolate
  • more peanut butter
  • crunchy granola

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth

  2. Spoon into bowl and top with mixed berry chia jam, berries, dark chocolate, more peanut butter, and crunchy granola

  3. Enjoy
