Green Smoothie with Avocado and Ginger
Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 cm chunk fresh ginger
- 1 heaped tsp cashew butter
- 5 walnuts
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
- 1 banana
- As many fresh spinach leaves as you can cram into the blender cup
- Plant-based milk
