Ingredients

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 cm chunk fresh ginger
  • 1 heaped tsp cashew butter
  • 5 walnuts
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 1 banana
  • As many fresh spinach leaves as you can cram into the blender cup
  • Plant-based milk
