Açaí Blueberry Smoothie Bowl with Ginger
Ingredients
- 1 overly ripe avocado or 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup frozen scoopable açaí
- 1 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 2cm piece of fresh ginger
- A handful of blueberries
Toppings
- Frozen raspberries
- Dark chocolate
- Chunk of vegan chocolate
Preparation
Blend the avocado, açaí, coconut yoghurt, ginger, and blueberries until smooth.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Top the smoothie with frozen raspberries, melted dark chocolate, and a chunk of vegan chocolate.
