Beet Ginger Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 C @addjoi almond milk
- 1 @ndmedjooldates date
- 1 raw medium sized beet peeled and cubed
- 1” fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/3 C frozen raspberries
- 1/4 C frozen mango or pineapple
- 1/2 scoop @amazinggrass vegan collagen GLOW vanilla protein powder (optional)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and purée until smooth.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
Use a high speed blender like a Vitamix or food processor to fully purée the raw beet.
