Beet Ginger Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 C @addjoi almond milk
  • 1 @ndmedjooldates date
  • 1 raw medium sized beet peeled and cubed
  • 1” fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/3 C frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 C frozen mango or pineapple
  • 1/2 scoop @amazinggrass vegan collagen GLOW vanilla protein powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and purée until smooth.

  2. Garnish with a lime wedge.

  3. Use a high speed blender like a Vitamix or food processor to fully purée the raw beet.
