Cucumber Ginger Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 C @addjoi almond milk
  • 1/2 of one @ndmedjooldates
  • 1/2 scoop @amazinggrass GLOW vanilla honeysuckle vegan collagen protein
  • 1 tsp @manitobaharvest hemp seed
  • 1” piece of fresh ginger
  • giant handful @organicgirl spinach
  • 1/2 English cucumber cut into 4 pieces
  • 1/3 C frozen mango
  • 1/3 C frozen cauliflower rice

Preparation

  1. If you don’t have a high speed blender or Vitamix, grate the ginger.

  2. Add all ingredients with a little ice to a high speed blender or food processor and purée until smooth and super creamy.

  3. Serve garnished with a cucumber slice and a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
