Cucumber Ginger Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 C @addjoi almond milk
- 1/2 of one @ndmedjooldates
- 1/2 scoop @amazinggrass GLOW vanilla honeysuckle vegan collagen protein
- 1 tsp @manitobaharvest hemp seed
- 1” piece of fresh ginger
- giant handful @organicgirl spinach
- 1/2 English cucumber cut into 4 pieces
- 1/3 C frozen mango
- 1/3 C frozen cauliflower rice
Preparation
If you don’t have a high speed blender or Vitamix, grate the ginger.
Add all ingredients with a little ice to a high speed blender or food processor and purée until smooth and super creamy.
Serve garnished with a cucumber slice and a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
