Layered Passionfruit Chia Pudding Smoothie

Ingredients

Chia pudding

  • 3/4 C addjoi almond milk
  • 3 TBSP sunfood chia seeds
  • 1 tsp justdatesyrup
  • 1 tsp simplyorganicfoods Madagascar Vanilla
  • 2 TBSP manitobaharvest hemp seed
  • 1/4 C pitayafoods frozen Passionfruit (or fresh!)

Green smoothie

  • big handful organicgirl spinach
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 slices frozen mango
  • 2-3 TBSP addjoi almond milk

Pink smoothie

  • 1 pouch pitayafoods frozen pink Pitaya
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2-3 TBSP addjoi almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add wet ingredients first and then mix all ingredients for the chia pudding in a jar using a fork. Let sit overnight. Makes 3-4 servings!

  2. Blend all ingredients for the green smoothie until smooth

  3. Blend all ingredients for the pink smoothie until smooth

  4. Layer the chia pudding with the green and pink smoothies in serving glasses to create the layered effect
