Simple Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitaya
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen (optional)
  • minimal liquid to blend

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Pour into a bowl and serve
