Thin Mint Beauty Boosting Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp @copina_co Original Beauty plant-based collagen booster
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 small handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract or powder
  • 1 large scoop of your favorite protein powder (I used @ripplefoods vanilla protein)
  • 1/2 tsp @hawaiianspirulina spirulina
  • 2/3 cup @malkorganics almond milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Top with extra mint, plant yogurt, halva, and chia seeds.
