Heavenly Chocolate Chip Mint Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 small handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 large scoop of your favorite protein powder (I used @ripplefoods vanilla protein)
- 1 tbsp @navitasorganics cacao nibs
- 1/2 tsp @hawaiianspirulina spirulina
- 2/3 cup @malkorganics almond milk
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
Top with extra mint, cacao nibs, plant yogurt, and chia seeds.
