Heavenly Chocolate Chip Mint Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 small handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 large scoop of your favorite protein powder (I used @ripplefoods vanilla protein)
  • 1 tbsp @navitasorganics cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tsp @hawaiianspirulina spirulina
  • 2/3 cup @malkorganics almond milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Top with extra mint, cacao nibs, plant yogurt, and chia seeds.
