Simply Fresh Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk or water
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut yoghurt
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 pitted dates
  • Small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds or scoop of hemp protein (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth
