Coconut and Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 2 tbsp coconut chips or desiccated
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 medjool date
- 1 frozen banana and 1 fresh banana or 2 of either
- 1 good spoonful of mixed seeds (flax, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin)
- 3 heaped tbsp of nutty nutty peanut butter super protein powder
- 250ml+ unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Blend until smooth
Add more liquid if needed
