Coconut and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp coconut chips or desiccated
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 frozen banana and 1 fresh banana or 2 of either
  • 1 good spoonful of mixed seeds (flax, sesame, sunflower, pumpkin)
  • 3 heaped tbsp of nutty nutty peanut butter super protein powder
  • 250ml+ unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth

  2. Add more liquid if needed

  3. Enjoy
