Coconut and Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 2 tbsp coconut chips or desiccated
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 medjool date
- 1 frozen banana & 1 fresh banana (or 2 of either)
- 1 good spoonful of mixed seeds (flax,sesame,sunflower,pumpkin)
- 3 heaped tbsp of nutty nutty peanut butter super protein powder @thatprotein
- 250ml+ unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Blend until smooth, add more liquid if needed.
