Coconut and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp coconut chips or desiccated
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 frozen banana & 1 fresh banana (or 2 of either)
  • 1 good spoonful of mixed seeds (flax,sesame,sunflower,pumpkin)
  • 3 heaped tbsp of nutty nutty peanut butter super protein powder @thatprotein
  • 250ml+ unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth, add more liquid if needed.

  2. Enjoy.
