Apple Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 4 heaping tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • a splash of water

Preparation

  1. Grate the ginger and zest the lemon.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed.

  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and serve.
