Apple Matcha Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- zest of 1 lemon
- 4 heaping tbsp coconut yoghurt
- a splash of water
Preparation
Grate the ginger and zest the lemon.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth, adding water as needed.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and serve.
