Feeding our Toddlers Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- Handful of ice
- 1 large ripe banana (or two smaller bananas)
- 1 apple, chopped (I use honey crisp or Fuji)
- Handful of frozen mango
- Small handful of fresh parsley
- A few squeezes of a lemon
- Several big handfuls of fresh spinach
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in order into a Vitamix or high-powered blender, with spinach added last. For an 8 cup Vitamix, fill the remaining space with spinach after adding the fruits.
Blend until the mixture is totally smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
