Mango Apple Smoothie Bowl with Banana and Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Mango
  • 1 Apple (core removed)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 tsp Spirulina
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp Milled Flaxseed
  • 1 tsp nut-butter

Preparation

  1. Blend the mango, banana, water, protein, spirulina and apple together until smooth.

  2. Serve in a bowl and top with the milled flaxseed and nut-butter.
