Mango Apple Smoothie Bowl with Banana and Spirulina
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Mango
- 1 Apple (core removed)
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 tsp Spirulina
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp Milled Flaxseed
- 1 tsp nut-butter
Preparation
Blend the mango, banana, water, protein, spirulina and apple together until smooth.
Serve in a bowl and top with the milled flaxseed and nut-butter.
