Vegan Spinach Apple Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 100g spinach
- 150g apple
- 50g frozen mango
- 1 1/2 cups water (or almond milk)
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
Preparation
Wash the spinach and apple thoroughly.
Chop the apple into small pieces for easier blending.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
