Creamy Veggie Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • A few chunks of carrot or courgette
  • Frozen spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt

Optional

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed

Preparation

  1. Steam a few chunks of carrot or courgette.

  2. Blend with frozen spinach, 1 banana, 200ml almond milk, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, and 1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt.

  3. Optionally, add a tablespoon of chia seeds, oats, or flaxseed.
