Tasty Vegan Acai Berry Smoothie Blend

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup açaí scoop-able
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 heaped tablespoon mixed seeds
  • Almond milk (fill to max line in blender cup)

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

  2. Fill the blender with almond milk up to the maximum line.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Optionally, add a heaped tablespoon of cacao for additional flavor.

  5. For a kid-friendly variation, combine frozen mixed berries, banana, milk, and vanilla extract in a blender and blend until smooth.
