Easy Overnight Oats with Banana and Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup muesli
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. Pour the oats into a jar, such as a reused glass jar from food products.

  2. Cover the oats with almond milk and add more if desired for a thinner consistency.

  3. Add peanut butter and stir everything together.

  4. Top with fresh banana and optional crunchy protein sources like chia, flax, or pumpkin seeds.

  5. Place the jar in the fridge overnight.

  6. Take the jar with you and enjoy it for lunch, such as on the banks of the Seine.
