Cinnamon Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup nondairy yogurt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 6-8 coconut milk ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Almond milk to blend

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Serve topped with granola and cacao nibs, and add chia pudding on the side if desired.
