Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (pre-steamed)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 3 Prunes
  • Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
  • 100ml Almond Milk
  • Cocoa and hazelnut granola
  • Peanut butter for topping
  • Chocolate for topping

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Top the blended smoothie with cocoa and hazelnut granola, peanut butter, and chocolate.

  3. For best results, use recommended protein supplements for texture and taste.
