  • Frozen banana
  • Frozen cauliflower rice
  • Almond milk
  • Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 scoops protein powder

Toppings

  • Cacao nibs
  • Shredded coconut
  • Chia seeds
  • Drizzle of peanut butter
  • Large handful of granola
