Autumn Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder and 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (or 2 scoops of one type)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Toppings
- granola
- cacao nibs
- chia seeds
- peanut butter
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings on top
