Autumn Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder and 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (or 2 scoops of one type)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Toppings

  • granola
  • cacao nibs
  • chia seeds
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Add the toppings on top
