Pumpkin Oats Breakfast Bowl with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop unflavored protein powder
Toppings
- frozen blueberries
- chia seeds
- peanut butter
- dark chocolate chunks
- maple butter
Preparation
Bring 1 cup unsweetened almond milk to a boil and cook 1/2 cup rolled oats.
Once most of the liquid is absorbed, stir in 1/3 cup pumpkin purée, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp maple syrup, and 1 scoop unflavored protein powder.
Top with frozen blueberries, chia seeds, peanut butter, dark chocolate chunks, and maple butter.
