Banana Oats with Maple and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Toppings

  • frozen blueberries
  • chia seeds
  • cacao nibs
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Bring almond milk to a boil, then add oats and lower the heat.

  2. Once the oats are mostly cooked, stir in the mashed banana, maple syrup, and cinnamon.

  3. Cook for another minute or so.

  4. Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
