Banana Oats with Maple and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Toppings
- frozen blueberries
- chia seeds
- cacao nibs
- peanut butter
Preparation
Bring almond milk to a boil, then add oats and lower the heat.
Once the oats are mostly cooked, stir in the mashed banana, maple syrup, and cinnamon.
Cook for another minute or so.
Pour into a bowl and add toppings.
